How do you come up with my offer?
We start with what your exact model has recently sold for used, then adjust for condition and specs like flex, dexterity and set makeup. The number you see is the number we pay, as long as the club matches what you picked.
How do I ship my clubs?
After you submit, we email a free prepaid UPS label within one business day. Put a headcover or bubble wrap on each club head, fill any empty space in the box, and drop it at any UPS location.
When do I get paid?
We inspect your items within 2 business days of arrival. PayPal goes out within 2 business days of inspection, checks are mailed within 5, and store credit arrives as a gift card once inspection is done.
Should I take cash or store credit?
Store credit pays 20% more than cash and works on anything in the Green Fee Exchange shop. Cash comes by PayPal or check. You choose when you lock in your quote.
What if my club isn't in the condition I picked?
We email you a revised offer with a note on what we found. You can accept it, or decline and we'll ship everything back free.
What don't you accept?
Cracked or dented heads, bent or broken shafts, counterfeit clubs, and devices that don't power on or have cracked lenses or screens.
Do you buy left-handed clubs, heads only, or upgraded shafts?
Yes. Left-handed clubs and heads without a shaft are priced right in the builder. If your club has an upgraded shaft, check the box when you add it. We look at it on arrival, and a premium shaft can raise your offer.
How long is my offer good for?
14 days from when you submit. Ship within that window and your offer stands.
